Miss South Africa, Tatum Keshwar, will be on the panel of judges at the Miss PE pageant this evening. She will be joined by inter alia Miss PE 1992, Lauren Harper-Rushmere, and current Miss PE, Nono Gali, to choose Port Elizabeth's new beauty queen at the Feather Market Centre.The tendency at Miss PE in the last few years has been to have alternate white and non-white winners, but with only 5 of the 20 contestants in the line-up being white this year, that pattern appears to be ending.
The pageant is organised by The Herald and Greenacres Shopping Centre.
