Jason Ivler and his mom Marlene Aguilar are goin' controversial again recently because of Ivler's alleged party photos and videos while inside the Quezon City jail.
The said photos, which have been leaked online, show Ivler drinking with some girls and they are reportedly proofs that he is being given a special treatment inside the jail.
But Jason Ivler denied that yesterday. "Walang katotohanan 'yun. Lahat ng inmates dito fair and equal treatment," Ivler tells ABS-CBN News. "Pinapalabas nila na dito kinuha ang picture pero sa laya pa 'yon, bago pa magkaroon ako ng kaso. 'Yung dumadalaw sa’kin, pamilya lang eh."
There's also an online video of Jason Ivler where he's quoted saying this: "It's my birthday! And I want s-x for my birthday!"
The video, which was first uploaded on Facebook in January, was also allegedly taken in jail by his own mom during Jason's 29th birthday last Jan. 7.
Marlene Aguilar defended her son in an ABS-CBN interview. "Kung ano man ang ibinebenta dun (sa jail), kahit s3x pa 'yun, I'll pay for it."
Just last night, Jessica Soho interviewed Marlene Aguilar on her show "SONA: State of the Nation" at GMA News TV.
Here's a video of the said interview:

Marlene Aguilar denied that Jason (she pronounces it as Jsin) is being given a VIP treatment and also denied that he's the one who uploaded the alleged partying photos on Facebook.
She also said that Jason has more Facebook fans than Piolo Pascual with over 93k fans. (Upon checking, Piolo has 114k fans on FB).
And when asked to say a message to the families of two people who Jason allegedly killed, here's what she said, "My son did not kill these people. God decides who lives or dies, and God decided that Jason Ivler should live. You question that and you question God."
As her parting words, she declared that she loves Channel 7.
