Nick and Marisa Miller on MSN Homepage

Happy Saturday: Nick on the MSN Homepage!! Again!!!!!Saturday's MSN Homepage: Nick and Marisa, bottom center

This time, I'm not alone, I'm with the GORGEOUS Marisa Miller, Victoria's Secret Supermodel, VS Swimsuit Spokesperson and Angel, and well, all-around EVERY Straight guys DREAM!!! This morning I found out that we were on the MSN Homepage and I just about did the "Nick Happy Dance" (trust me, you don't want to see it!). I had such a fun time doing this interview with Marisa, as she was launching the new Victoria's Secret Swimwear Collection at the W Los Angeles Hotel pool.Close Up Hug: Nick Verreos and Marisa Miller

The entire shoot was directed by the ever-so-sexy---and very talented Rasheed Daniel, who also shot my other MSN Style Studio web segments. He is such a pro, and so much fun to work with, we even took some time to pose---Zoolander style--as we waited for our turn to interview Marisa (there were over 20 reporters there and not to mention the ZILLIONS of photographers trying to get a glimpse of the lovely Supermodel).Pool Bromance: MSN Style Studio Director Rasheed Daniel and Nick Verreos, W Los Angeles Hotel pool

There is also another new segment up on Style Studio: "Tres Jolie", styles inspired by the timeless beauty of actress and humanitairan Angelina Jolie. MSN Weatherman: Nick Verreos Style Weather Outlook for Summer '09, MSN Style Studio shoot, New York City

Shopping and Pool Time, with Nick:Prom Photo by the Pool: Nick Verreos and Marisa Miller, W Hotel Los Angeles (Westwood) cabana

When I got the call to do a shopping segment at Intermix on Robertson Blvd. AND interview Marisa Miller and have an exclusive peak at the newest Victoria's Secret Swimsuit Collection--all for MSN Style Studio, my response was "YES and YESSSS!!!!!!"
Intermix
First stop: One of my favorite stores in Los Angeles, Intermix on Roberston Blvd. It carries EVERYTHING a hip, young Hollywood girl wants and needs to have in her walk-in closet! With the help of two lovely models, we shot a segment highlighting the NEON trend for this Spring/Summer '09 season and how you ladies can wear this hot look; whether it is on the weekend, at the office or a night on the town. Bubble Gum Barbie: Heidi Klum in the fabulous Matthew Williamson jacket and slim trousers

For the weekend look, we put together an "LA Casual" yet "Hampton's Chic" look which I LOVED: The exaggerated-shoulder white jacket, the bright royal blue top, the acid washed "holey" 80s style jeans, and the studded sandals. So cute! For business--I found the SAME bubblegum pink silk-cotton Matthew Williamson jacket that Heidi Klum wore to the Project Runway Season 6 Finale and paired it with some pleated and tapered black pants, some black heels and a hefty metallic bag, roomy enough to put all your papers in but stylish enough to be worn after work. Who says you can't wear Neon to work-- only if it's done as we show you!Nick and Christian Siriano's...Dress: Nick Verreos with model (in Christian Siriano), Intermix on Robertson Blvd.

Finally, for evening, we found this hot chartreuse colored silk chiffon and organza muti-layered dress at Intermix which just screamed "Take me Nick!". Wouldn't you just know it: It was designed by none other than Project Runway Season 5 Winner, Christian Siriano. I loved the way it moved so effortlessly and floated beautifully away from the wearer's body. You can eat a big ol' Filet Mignon and still go dance it off afterwards!

W Hotel Los Angeles: Victoria's Secret Swimsuits! Can we Reserve a Cabana: Nick Verreos poses with Victoria's Secret Swimsuit-clad models

After my jaunt at Intermix--and after a quick outfit change--I headed over to the sunny W Hotel in Westwood to say "What's Up??" to the sexy and gorgeous Marisa Miller who was debuting the Summer '09 Victoria's Secret Swimsuit Collection. When I arrived, the pool area was already filled with paparazi and press photographers wanting a glimpse of Marisa and the latest VS Swimsuits, which by the way, were so adorable, wearable and still very stylish. Turn here Marisa: Marisa Miller poses at the press photo op, Victoria Secret Swimsuit Launch at the W Hotel Los Angeles

I was TOTALLY OVERDRESSED of course, somehow I left my Speedos at home for this segment--Ooops! But then again, I was there to interview Marisa and see the new line--not to be swimming or modeling (thank the Victoria's Secret Gods!). Marisa was SO unbelievably cute, it's BEYOND words. I had interviewed her a few times before for my "Behind The Scenes at the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show" segments and she remembered.

Watch the video below to see how Marisa said "Goodbye" to me. Let's just say A LOT of Straight men wish it would have been them!!!!!

Talking With Tami: The Nick Verreos Interview!

Recently, Atlanta Georgia TV and web personality Tammie Reed of "Talking With Tami" interviewed me for her great "pinktastic" website and blog, TalkingWithTami.com. She's interviewed celebs from Usher, the Duchess of York Sarah Ferguson, to Garth Brooks. Oh, and now me. Love you Miss Tami and hope you liked my answers!
On the Carpet: Nick Verreos

TalkingWithTami: Hello Nick loved you on Project Runway! Since the show how has it changed your life?

Hi Tammie, thank you so much! My life has changed dramatically since the show. I definitely have to put on my “fashion” seat belt and gotten ready for an unexpected ride! When I did the show, I was designing my line, had done several LA Fashion Weeks and was teaching at the Fashion Institute of Design and Merchandising/FIDM here in LA. But immediately since being on the show, I began to get calls and emails about appearing on “Style Shows” and give red carpet commentary and be an “expert on E! and TV Guide Network, etc. Naturally I ran with it! I didn’t expect to–in addition to what I already do–to then have this new side life , but I love it and feel very comfortable doing it. Also, now more and more people have been exposed to my line, NIKOLAKI, and more stylists and publicists are requesting my gowns for their actress clients. So since the show, Academy Award winning actress Marlee Matlin has worn my gown to the Oscars, Heidi Klum on the Conan O’Brien Show, Kathy Griffin on the Bravo A List Awards, Tila Tequila on the MTV Movie Awards, actress Shelley Hennig at the Daytime Emmys, and so on. I’ve also recently begun meeting with various production companies about developing my own shows or hosting shows, which is very exciting to me. And I’m in talks with releasing my line on the web, so you can actually purchase my “red carpet gowns and dresses” on line–something on the line of “Demi Couture”–everything will be almost made-to-order. But everything is one step at a time of course.
Style Studio Barn Dance: Nick Verreos and his "girls" on the set of the MSN.com Style Studio

TalkingWithTami: Nick please tell us about your new show,Style Studio?

I was so excited when I was asked to join the “Glam Squad” of hair, make-up and style experts for MSN.com and its Lifestyle section. It’s called “Style Studio” and I am one of the style and fashion experts. I give great advice to women all over the country on what to wear for occasions, 3-day weekends, how to accessorize, how to wear the trends of the season, etc. We film it in NY and I love doing it. It’s also an honor to be with the likes of Scoop Boutique creator, owner, and fashion icon, Stefani Greenfield as well as all the other experts. This is the Third Season that I am part of and we just launched it last week!

Nick Verreos Debuts on today's MSN Homepage!

Style Studio Wake Up Call!MSN Homepage: Nick Verreos and MSN Style Studio (bottom center)

What a "Good Morning" it was for me to get up and see my happy little face plastered on the MSN Homepage for today, May 13TH, with the title "Your Own Red Carpet Moment" under my photo. It was a feature highlighting the debut of the new MSN Style Studio, of which I form one of the Glam Squad. I also love that next to me, on the home page) was newly svelte Weight Watchers spokesperson, Valerie Bertinelli, and above me was Shanna Moakler, looking chic as ever, announcing her resignation from the Miss California USA Organization after yesterday's "press conference" (you go girl!). I feel somewhat protected by these two mini-Divas! Click HERE to check out all the new Style Studio Videos!

There are so many exciting--and fun--segments in this new STYLE STUDIO. They include "Which Gossip Girl Are You?" (I'm Serena! Hello!), as well as "Safari Chic" and "Destination Dressing". One of my favorites is "Catching Up With Nick". So many people want to know what I have been up to and what I have been doing. Well, here it is, in one fun, well-lit fantastic video.
Kudos to the production team, the director (Rasheed J. Daniel is HOT!), the editors, my models (Love you!) and everyone involved! The new MSN.com STYLE STUDIO looks Tres Chic, directional and oh so approachable.Directing Nick: Director Rasheed J. Daniel tells Nick Verreos how to "butch it" up! (Not!)

Someone needs to get us on Oprah! I'll tell her audience a thang or two about dressing like your favorite "Gossip Girl"...or just knowing what the right dress, shoe and belt is to wear just in time for Spring! Check in at the STYLE STUDIO site throughout the next coming months--there will be new videos added and I may even answer a question or two (or more) from you girls!
