Having seen the group of Miss SA Teen finalists (good-looking group) for this year, I am ever hopeful that there could be a few pleasant surprises when the Miss SA finalists are announced at the end of the month. After a string of above average (at best) winners in the last 5 years, perhaps we could finally see a winner that has a realistic chance at Miss Universe next year.The Durban regionals concluded yesterday and the panel of judges now needs to whittle the group of approximately 50 short-listed contestants down to a group of approximately 25 for the workshop to be held at Sun City. Let's wait and see what they dish up when the dinner bell rings.
