Pippa Middleton "sunbathing photos" and "party pictures" scandal prompt lawsuit

Pippa Middleton sunbathing photos which have been published in British newspapers early this week has stirred a legal lawsuit filed by the Middleton family.

The Pippa Middleton sunbathing photos reportedly were taken during a holiday in Ibiza back in 2006 and it shows not only Pippa but also her sister Kate Middleton and Prince William, who got married last April 29.

Pippa and Kate Middleton were in their 2-piece bikini while Prince William was shirtless as they enjoyed sunbathing on a yacht and also did some diving actions.

Pippa and Kate's mother Carole Middleton was also shown in the sunbathing photos in a two-piece bikini as well as their brother James.

Associated Press reports that the Middleton family has already filed a complaint to the Press Complaints Commission against four British publications such as The News of the Worldthe Daily Mirror, The Daily Mail and The Mail on Sunday.

According to the Middleton family, it was a clear violation of their privacy.

Apart from the Pippa Middleton sunbathing photos, Pippa also has this party photos scandal which circulated on the web last week. The photos show Pippa wearing a bra and skirt partying and doing a sexy dance with a guy who's wearing only a boxer shorts.

The Middleton family is reportedly also considering filing a legal lawsuit to the website which published those pictures. And how about the alleged James Middleton photo scandal?Kate's brother also has naked photos scandal posted online where he was shown with his pants down, his hands inside his boxers, one photo exposing his behind and some naughty pics with his male friends.

Meanwhile, Prince William and Kate Middleton's honeymoon details have been "slightly" revealed.

According to the website, Kate and William's first night as a couple was at the Buckingham Palace and they only left Saturday morning.

And the couple opted not to leave the United Kingdom for their honeymoon. However, it wasn't disclosed where in the UK Prince William and Kate are spending their private weekend now.

The official statement said that Prince William will immediately go back to work as a Search and Rescue pilot on Monday.

But as expected, Kate and William are not gonna tell the world exactly where they're going to spend their royal honeymoon.

"The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge have chosen not to depart for a honeymoon immediately. Instead, after spending the weekend privately in the United Kingdom, The Duke will return to work as a Search and Rescue pilot next week.
The locations of both their private weekend before The Duke returns to work and their future honeymoon, which will be overseas, will not be disclosed in advance.
The Couple have asked that their privacy be respected during the coming weekend and during their honeymoon."

Kate Middleton's first royal job? Kate kneels down before Prince William

Kate Middleton was caught on cam in an awkward moment at her royal wedding with Prince William yesterday, April 29.

A picture, which shows Kate Middleton kneeling down before Prince William at the Buckingham Palace balcony, has started to circulate on social networking sites hours after the wedding and even inspired a fan page which now has thousands of fans.

I'm not sure where it originally came from, but I saw it being tweeted by @josepvinaixa and has been retweeted many times on Twitter.

People say, it's Kate Middleton's first royal "job" or duty as Duchess of Cambridge haha.

Is the picture fake or not? Maybe it was a slightly photoshopped one 'coz I found a photo from Twitpic, where it has two kids instead of one and unlike in the above photo, Kate's head here is a bit far from Prince William:

But, did it really happen that Kate Middleton knelt down before Prince William?

Yes, it really happened. Here's a screenshot from the royal wedding livestream from Youtube and you can see there that Prince William even held Kate's head as she knelt down in front of him, probably to pick up something:
