Red Carpet Dishing with the Countess...
Red Carpet Group Shot: Nick Verreos, Jennifer Rade, Lawrence Zarian and Countess LuAnn de Lesseps, TV Guide Network Emmys 2010 Fashion Wrap

Yesterday, I had an early call time (not as early as my KNBC "Sunday LA" call time!) for my TV Guide Emmys 2010 Fashion Wrap.

The most affable Lawrence Zarian is the new host and he did an AMAZING job! He hit a "Red Carpet Home Run"! Love him, admire him, and well, just wanna put him in my TopMan blue Jacket Pocket! As usual, I was joined by my "sister"...

The most stylish and UBER talented stylist-to-the-stars, Miss Jennifer Rade (above, with moi) Our very special guest was "Real Housewives of New York City" star, Countess LuAnn de Lesseps. OK, let me begin with: She was AMAZING!!! I had never met her and yet, the first words out of her mouth were "Hi Nick, I know all about you..you are a FABULOUS designer, and your dad was a Diplomat and you grew up in Venezuela and you interned in Switzerland..."

I was like "Oh no you didn't!" Somebody did their Homework. This, kiddies, is rare. Can you say "Money can't buy you CLASS?" If you cannot, I'll sing it! Six feet tall, size 2 and all FABULOUS! I loved to doing the TV Guide Emmys 2010 Fashion Wrap and had a blast with all of them!

It was also a special joy when Kim Vo (above, second from right) joined us to dish on the hairstyles. He was wearing the most comfy--and chic-- Louis Vuitton denim driving shoes and I actually threatened him, saying that he would probably leave here BAREFOOT! I can't wait to do this again for the next Awards Show!

Marisa Miller's Sexy Photo Shoot

Showing off her moneymaker, Marisa Miller struck a few sexy poses during a photo shoot with famed photographer Russell James.

The Victoria's Secret beauty hit the beach as she waded in the water for a few shots, also taking to the studio for another round of photos.Meanwhile, Miss Miller spent the past weekend as a presenter during the 2009 Academy Of Country Music Awards in Las Vegas.

Telling press how she keeps such a fit figure, Marisa explained, “I box a lot, I spin and I surf. I try to mix it up. I obviously have to be in shape 24 hours and the gym can be super monotonous, so I just get outside and try to make it fun so my body doesn’t get bored.”

Hottest Hollywood Momsss

It seems like most of my favorite Hollywood actresses are all mothers lately, and they’re all gorgeous! I don’t know how they manage to look so relaxed and chic at the same time, when I know how little sleep they must be getting… but they all look amazing, don’t they? Here’s the hottest Hollywood moms, the ones I admire most!

Celebrity Wardrobe Malfunctions

Okay, so everyone makes a slight wardrobe mistake from time to time, but most people don’t have personal stylists everywhere, and someone around just to check that their nail varnish is still chipfree and fantastic. I mean, everyone was shocked when it was revealed that a certain someone has an assistant to ice their nipples, and keep them looking perky… Yeah, with their lifestyles, celebrities have no excuse to get things this wrong. Learn from these horrendous mistakes…

"Angels» Victoria `s Secret in the new commercial laundry

Two of the hottest gadgets fashion business and Alessandra Ambrosio Doutzen Kroes withdrew for a new look-book mark Victoria `s Secret. Rasprekrasnye girl tried on a spectacular new collection of lingerie brand. It should be noted that in their perfect bodies all the models look fantastic - want to buy everything at once. What, Victoria `s Secret will know what women want, however, about men, they also do not forget, because look at these girls - a pleasure!

MISS SA 2010 KICKS OFF

So the search for Miss SA 2010 has begun. I'm not quite certain which centres have hosted an interview round yet, but the accompanying photographs are from the Johannesburg semi-final. These pictures are courtesy of the The Sowetan and feature a couple of contestants that caught my eye.

Whilst my early favourite is Chanel Watterson (second picture, right) the reigning Miss Italia SA, I believe that she is only "two bricks and a tickey" high which could count against her in a line-up of glamazons. But then again the new Miss Universe isn't a towering giant either, so perhaps it isn't such a disadvantage after all.

What is painfully obvious is that a number of the girls have a very inflated perception of their physical appeal. Some of them shouldn't be seen within a 1000 nautical miles of a pageant stage unless they're members of the paying audience. Whilst they probably stand out in their school, work or social photographs, they are completely and utterly out of place on a national pageant stage.

I have it on good authority that the desired winning look is caramel again (as opposed to milky bar or albany dark), but I have not seen a single "caramel queen" in any of the photographs. Perhaps they are hiding out at the Cape Town and Durban semi-finals, but I'm not holding my breath given what I've been told.

Oh! There is just one major BMW from my side. Message to my black "sistas": If you want to look chic and fabulous, a weave or braids is the way to go. Only chemo patients, hookers, private investigators and female impersonators wear wigs. I'll go so far as to say that you look as silly in a wig as white chicks do with braids.

A case in point is the 1999 Miss Universe pageant. Apart from Carolina Indriago from Venezuela, Mpule Kwelagobe was my other favourite on the night. Mpule looked stunning with her hair the way it was during the final broadcast. The next day she sported a do made from "horse ass hair" and WTF was my immediate reaction.

In any event, I'm looking forward to seeing who the semi-finalists and finalists will be in the next few weeks. Whoever wins in December, just remember that you have a very tough act to follow.
