I was on the fence about Miss Albania, but when I saw her national costume (in my favourite colours) I penned her name right onto my Top 15 list for Miss Universe. She replaces Miss Romania whom I had rated earlier, but have subsequently removed from my list since she is a ragged mess in other photographs.
